Monday Majors: Kunal Yadav Ships Adda52’s Iron Man; Sudarshan More Headlines NPS Day 1 Winners

While the World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2022 is at the forefront of the poker world’s attention, there are several high-value online tournament series running back home in India. One of the latest series to kick off is Adda52’s 1 Crore GTD Nano Poker Series (NPS), a highly popular MTT series among the low to mid stakes players with massive 1 Crore GTD and an additional 5 Lac in leaderboard prizes.

The latest edition of the Nano Poker Series began its proceedings yesterday and played out a total of seven events on its opening day schedule. Headlining the day’s roster was the 2 Lac GTD Nano DST that saw Sudarshan “Sudmore” More  overcoming a 230-entry field to win it for INR 54,900. The user “MADpoker2192” placed runner-up for INR 32,000. The other headliner of the day, the 1.7 Lac GTD Nano Inception, was shipped by Md “t9ace” Nazim who won INR 27,765 as the runner-up.

The other winners declared on Day 1 of the high-value series included “thewhitetiger” (Won 1 Lac GTD Nano Monday Adda for INR 21,366), “pizzakhanahai” (Won 90K GTD Nano Siesta for INR 22,267), Monish “monish1965” Kumar (Won Nano PLO 25K GTD for INR 7,749), “Ronako” (Won 70K GTD Nano Crack Jack for INR 12,884), and “rujula16” (Won 25K GTD Nano Battleship for INR 8,700).

8 Lac GTD Iron Man

The featured tourney of the day, 8 Lac GTD Iron Man, saw the last month’s BTH Whale champion Kunal “Kunotaguero” Yadav overcoming a field of 324 entries to win INR 1,61,318. He eventually struck a heads-up deal with Harsh “BuddhaBhikari” Dembla (runner-up for INR 1,59,882).

Other notables making it to last night’s Iron Man final table included the likes of  Pranav “pkpok” Khandalkar (4th place for INR 66,800), and Siddharth “gabandheer” Pandey (6th for INR 30,000).

3 Lac GTD Voyager

The user “Ronima1978” was the last player standing in Adda52’s 3 Lac GTD Voyager. He topped a field of 224 entries to win it for INR 82,350. The user “np406” placed runner-up for INR 48,000.
